- Conditions precedent and disclosure schedule input
What is a red-flag due diligence report?
A short report that lists only the significant issues, with their effect on the deal and how to deal with them. It is used early in a process or where time is short.
Do you review tax and financial matters?
We cover legal aspects of tax disputes and liabilities. Financial and tax diligence is done by our tax adviser and auditor partners, and we coordinate the reports.
