Do Romanian solar parks need an ANRE license?
Generation capacities above the threshold set by ANRE need a generation license before commercial operation. Smaller capacities and prosumers have simplified rules.
What is an ATR?
The technical connection permit (aviz tehnic de racordare) issued by the grid operator, setting the connection solution and conditions for a project.
